Main Functions

This machine is a four-side sealing packaging machine developed by our company's scientific research personnel, which is specially designed and developed for automatic packaging in the dressing industry. It is suitable for the packaging of medical dressings, gauze and other sheet materials. Driven by four servo motors, PLC programmable controller is adopted to program the operation of the whole machine. Servo traction, double-row feeding, batch number printing, reciprocating heat sealing, vertical and horizontal cutting and finished product conveying mechanism. This machine has superior performance and easy operation.

● Programmable control, using PLC programmable control, servo motor drive, so that the whole machine operation program.

● Touch screen display, host speed, set bag length, cutting knife, heat sealing and feeding time, output will be displayed on the screen at a glance.

● Image and text matching: imported photoelectric eye tracking color code, accurate image and text matching.

● Automatic temperature control, the heat sealing part adopts two sets of temperature controllers to automatically control the temperature to improve the sealing quality.

Details of the packaging machine

1. According to the needs of products or customers, design conveyor chains of different lengths. According to the size of the material, it can be used for single-row or double-row chain transportation.

2. Using two different materials of packaging film, dialysis paper and coated paper, suitable for medical sterilization. It can be equipped with ink wheel coding and laser coding.

3. Reciprocating mold heat sealing, template 660X400, multi-mold at one time, increasing speed. The seal is smooth and balanced. Easy template replacement.

4. Cam top pressure sealing, 6 cylinders equalize the pressure, ensure the peeling strength of 4 peripheral seals are uniform, and meet the medical sealing requirements.

5. For small-size products, 2 can be outputted one at a time, and ceramic blades are used for cutting in the middle to provide speed.
